50 kilometeres of scenic parkways in Ottawa and Gatineau Park will be closed to cars and buses every Sunday morning.
The National Capital Commission is partnering with the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada and Nokia to offer residents a chance to bike, in-line skate, walk, run, or jog through some of the city's charming locations.
"It's a great way to explore and discover the Capital and its natural, cultural, beauty. It is on the closed parkways and the rivers, Gatineau River, Rideau River, and Gatineau Park," says Bruce Devine, Senior Manager of the National Capital Commission.
