My argument in Monday’s paper that Ottawa’s treatment of biking and cyclists isn’t great has, naturally, brought out the sorts of critics who say cyclists here don’t deserve separate bike lanes and safe routes because they’re such jerks.

This stuff comes up every single time anybody talks about improving biking in the capital. Let’s take a look at the argument here before we club it with a shovel.
