Like many neighbourhoods in Ottawa, rush hour traffic poses a problem for
cyclists in the Ledbury-Heron Gate community. But apart from the lack of
designated cycling lanes along the bustling Bank Street, some residents of the
community housing area have bigger biking barriers – they can’t afford the
