Ottawans aren’t shy when it comes to sharing their feelings about Uber. In the
weeks after the ride-sharing app launched in Ottawa last fall, bureaucrats and
politicians received dozens of emails from people angry about the city’s
response. Officials have deemed Uber operators illegal cab drivers and have been
conducting undercover stings. via
