There’s a new competitor in the ring for those looking to get around town on the
cheap if owning a car is not an option. Zipcar, a car sharing service which
started in Boston in 2000 and first expanded in Canada in 2006, opened for
business in Ottawa on Wednesday with 23 cars available at launch. via
