The company that wants to build two residential high rises near Tunney's Pasture
would pay $1.3 million for community perks if council approves the development.
Richcraft Homes wants the towers to be 24 and 25 storeys spread over nine
properties at the southwest corner of Scott St. and Parkdale Ave. Together the
towers would have 384 units, underground parking and commercial space. One tower
would have a retail food store. via
