Saturday’s fresh layer of snow was hardly unusual for Ottawa, despite the hopes
of many for a repeat of the spring-like weather of a day earlier. With a high of
15.1 C, Friday was the warmest day so far in 2015. But the temperature fell
sharply overnight, with light rain changing to snow in the early hours. via
