It’s spring in Ottawa and despite the gloomy forecast, soon the snow will melt,
the flowers will bloom and the city’s cyclists and motorists will once again be
road raging at each other. This year the city hopes to change that relationship
with new programs to promote safety and empathy between drivers and cyclists.
