We tend to judge big corporations on the little things. Often, it’s all we have.
When the billion-dollar bank’s automated teller area looks and smells like a
hobo jungle, at 9 a.m. When the phone company answers in India, humming with
indifference. When the grocery chain demands a quarter to use a cart, from the
coinless shopper. When the Presto card won’t ping, just loaded with 50 bucks.
Curse their black-hearted ways. via
