The increasingly cold weather will feel like -35 C overnight Tuesday, forcing
Environment Canada to issue an extreme cold warning and Ottawa Public Health to
issue a frostbite warning for the capital starting Wednesday. After an
unseasonably warm Christmas holidays, Environment Canada has said a frigid air
mass brought temperatures that could sink as low as -30 C on early Thursday
