A winter storm warning remains in effect for Ottawa and Eastern Ontario, as
snow, freezing rain and then more flurries are expected to make travel difficult
over the next three days.In a special weather statement released Saturday,
Environment Canada warned that “hazardous winter conditions are expected,”
calling for 10 to 15 centimetres of snow Saturday, before the temperature rises
and “prolonged” freezing rain begins later in the evening and continuing into
Sunday morning. via
