Three cheers for the federal government’s decision to free up 60 acres of the
Central Experimental Farm for a new Civic campus of The Ottawa Hospital. To be
more specific, one cheer for the new hospital, which is both long overdue and
many years in the future, and two cheers for breaking away from the idea that
this public treasure has no greater use than growing wheat and corn. via
