A man and his car plunged into a sinkhole on a municipal road two years ago, but
City Hall says it’s not responsible for the injuries he received. The city
suggests Juan Pedro Unger will have to prove to the court why he thinks he’s
owed $550,000 in damages related to the Hwy. 174 sinkhole crash on Sept. 4,
