A candidate running in a west-end ward says he has "metered expectations" of
winning, but he's more concerned about getting City Hall to consider commuter
rail to Kanata. Guy Annable is facing incumbent College Coun. Rick Chiarelli in
Monday's municipal election. Annable has been trying to get people interested in
the idea of using an existing rail line from Kanata to bring commuters downtown.
