As we wind through this election, candidates speak on many topics and pet
projects, but one issue has been neglected. It is time to champion Ottawa’s next
great mega-project: eliminating the Queensway.Get rid of it. Tear it up. Smash
it to pieces. We don’t need it running through the heart of our city. As we
welcome LRT in the coming decades, we should say goodbye to this monument to
failed city planning. via
