for the wind farm debate in the Ottawa area. Residents want to have a voice in
where the province allows a new wind power generation project. One company,
Prowind, has been looking at North Gower area for a new wind farm.The city
estimated the ward's population at 27,000 at the end of 2012. Communities
include Richmond, Ashton, Burritts Rapids, Manotick, Kars and Munster. via
