While his top priority would still be a plan to clean up the Ottawa River, if
re-elected, Mayor Jim Watson had a few other environmentalist ideas to
share.Watson said he expects to fi - nalize a funding agreement for the federal
government's portion of the $195 million cost. Watson said he also wants to
double the number of trees planted in the city over the next four-year term of
