The city’s goodwill toward the owner of a dilapidated building at the corner of
Bank and Somerset streets appears to be running out. As he pledged to do
last month, Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson will ask the finance committee next week to
stop waiving encroachment fees for TKS Holdings, which owns Somerset House. via
