Sweater weather is nowhere in sight and doesn't look to be making its way to the
capital anytime soon. While September seemed to deliver summer-like
temperatures, compared to the cooler-than-normal summer Ottawa just dragged
itself out of, September weather was actually close to the norm. October,
however, may have some surprises in store for the city. via
