Re: Citizen apologizes to McGuinty, Sept. 5. In the Sept. 5 edition of the
Ottawa Citizen, the newspaper reported that all three provincial parties
supported relocation of the gas plants in the 2011 election. New Democrats did
not make that commitment. Andrea Horwath made it clear that she believed that it
was irresponsible to make this promise without seeing the contract between the
Ontario Power Authority and the proponent of the plant. via
