Osgoode Ward candidate Tom Dawson was born and raised in the village of Osgoode,
where he still lives. The 37-year-old studied physics at the University of
Waterloo before taking his Master of Business Administration at the University
of Victoria on the west coast. He worked in the high tech and telecoms
industries for several years before becoming a federal public servant in Ottawa.
