The final development plan for a $100-million, public-private Arts Court complex
breezed through council’s finance and economic development committee Tuesday. If
the construction schedule holds up, the new Arts Court — featuring a revamped
Ottawa Art Gallery, condos and a boutique hotel on the Waller St. property —
will be ready in November 2017. via
