A 19-year-old man is fighting for his life in hospital after a vehicle struck
him while he was cycling in Ottawa’s west end early Saturday morning.Cyclist
struck on Woodroffe Avenue at Knoxdale Road, Ottawa police are investigating
after a cyclist riding this bike, which is clearly damaged, was struck early in
