Ottawa’s new bike-sharing network won’t fully launch until next spring, its
private operator said Friday, despite earlier assurances it would be up and
rolling this summer. CycleHop, the Miami-based company that bought the Capital
BIXI network from the National Capital Commission, said Friday that transferring
the program from one supplier to another and expanding it “will require more
time than originally anticipated.” via
