kitchen crockery rattle or the woodwork creak late Sunday morning during a weak
earthquake.
Natural Resources Canada recorded a “weak” 2.7 magnitude earthquake in the area
— 13 kilometres south southwest of Pembroke, to be precise — at 11:13 a.m. The
agency subsequently received nearly 20 reports of residents having felt the
earthquake, but there were no reports of damage. via
