Re: City’s no-flowers policy sows anger for gardener, July 24. I read this
Citizen article with a huge dose of disbelief. If city staffat the behest of the
mayor?, are removing flowers planted by citizens on city property and quoting
city policy or bylaws that indicate only grass is allowed, I strongly suggest
that they drive around the city and take a good look at the state of “grass” on
city property and roadways. via
