It’s a few days late — and most of the media already has quotes from the company
— but green-bin composting company has put out a statement about both the
arbitration ruling over the three-year contract dispute between the city and
Orgaworld that the city more-or-less won. Still no official word as to whether
Orgaworld will ask for judicial review of the decision. As for last week’s
stunningly damning city audit of that contract, well, that’s really none of the
company’s concern, Orgaworld says rightly, although the statement does mention
that the company thinks that cancelling the contract would be a really really
bad idea. via
