What a lot of bafflegab! The mayor of Ottawa does not appreciate the offer of
the Ontario Ombudsman to examine recent contracts entered into by our city. He
claims that the current system is working well and the report of the city
auditor regarding the Orgaworld contract shows that we are on top of things. via
