By Sean McGibbon, Ottawa Metro News, July 3, 2014 How to reduce our carbon
footprint and make a sustainable world — that’s the hot topic of the 21st
century and the subject 52 high school students will tackle this month at
Carleton University.

The school is hosting its 26th edition of Shad Valley this July, a program that
gathers the best of the best from grades 10-12 to focus on a mixture of sciences
and entrepreneurship for four weeks. The program is open to students from across
Canada and costs $4,100 per participant. via
