The Oct. 27 municipal election got an early start in the battleground of
Somerset Ward, where candidates met to discuss transportation issues. While all
six candidates expressed support for active modes of transportation, such as
walking and biking, as well as transit, the nuances between how each prospective
councillor would approach the issues became clearer at the June 16 forum. via
