At a public consultation for the Domtar lands and Chaudière Island development
plan Tuesday, Windmill announced the proposed development has been named one of
seven “EcoDistricts Target Cities” by Clinton Global Initiative America.
Developments in these cities are being spotlighted as “models for
next-generation urban revitalization,” according to the organization. Other
cities on the list included Atlanta, Boston, Cambridge, Denver, Los Angeles and
Washington, D.C. via
