Ottawa's Wednesday night rain storm caused flooding throughout the region
forcing road closures and waterlogged fields. The downpour led to a washout on
Ridgetop Road in West Carleton. Ridgetop Road will be closed for a number of
days between Thomas Dolan Parkway and Dunhaven Drive. via
