The Strandherd-Armstrong Bridge will finally open in July, connecting Riverside
South and Barrhaven following many delays, Mayor Jim Watson said Monday. "We
haven't narrowed down the exact date but certainly we're very pleased that
finally, after a long delay, the project is going to open about a month early,"
