Bank of Canada Governor Stephen Poloz never has to worry about being up the
creek without a paddle – not after receiving a beautifully hand-carved walnut
one at Wednesday’s second annual Riverkeeper Gala. “Isn’t that beautiful,” said
Poloz, the evening’s honourary riverkeeper, while holding up his new gift for a
