Re: Does a city with harsh winters need more bike lanes?, May 23. In my
experience these past 15-plus years winter cycling in Ottawa, there’s not so
much snow, as brine on our roads and streets. Winter cycling is safe — roads are
so well manicured for the drivers of motor vehicles. via
