After weeks of virtual silence from Via Rail on what was causing the multiple
malfunctions at Barrhaven railway crossings, finally -- some explanation. Three
men in suits arrived at Ottawa City Hall on Friday, full of technical jargon to
explain some of the issues, jargon that frankly few attending the briefing
really understood. via
