A unique funding plan for an $8-million expansion to Millennium Park in Orléans
received approval from council's planning committee Tuesday. Homebuilders Minto,
Taggart, Mattamy and Claridge would make the repayments after the city borrows
the money on their behalf. The city already has $2 million set aside for the
