Once the ground thaws, a group of eager gardeners in Old Ottawa South will be
ready to start building the city's first bio-dome garden. The project, approved
last year for a grant from the city's Better Neighbourhood's Office, will
provide a cost-effective way to grow fresh food all year. Project manager
Michael Oster said construction on the much-anticipated project should begin
