The city is going back to court over what it considers an intolerable lack of
action at a crumbling old schoolhouse in Lowertown. Barrhaven Coun. Jan Harder,
chairwoman of the built heritage subcommittee, read from a prepared statement
during a meeting Wednesday morning, saying Mayor Jim Watson has directed city
lawyers to pursue legal action against Groupe Claude Lauzon over 287 Cumberland
