Though the snowfall warning has ended for Ottawa, spring is sure coming in like
a tortoise with about 15 centimetres of snow still expected for Ottawa. Winds
reached 40 kilometres an hour, as well, creating low visibility on the roads as
well as blowing snow. The visibility was only 200 metres or less at some points.
