An art project in Overbrook is working at repurposing both the energy area youth
as well as old used tires. The Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre
launched the program as a way to offer programs and activities for young people
beyond runof-the-mill sports. The new program will be a combination of youth
engagement and neighbourhood beautification. via
