Nearly $1 million in "community benefits" could come from a 30-storey condo development on the edge of Hintonburg. The $850,000 would help build a multi-use path on the west side of the O-Train tracks north of Gladstone Ave. and increase recreation programs at Tom Brown Arena, according to a planning report recommending council approve the Claridge Homes condo at 1040 Somerset St. W., on the southeast corner of Breezehill Ave. via Rec, housing dough part of condo trade-offs | Ottawa & Region | News | Ottawa Sun.
