The city has been charged with two violations under the province\'s
Environmental Protection Act relating to the collection of septic waste. City
management told council in a memo Wednesday the charges relate to an incident at
a city facility at 1159 Moodie Dr. on Nov. 3, 2012. The province alleges the
waste contained oil or similar waste from the vehicle maintenance facility. Also
charged with four violations is the hauler, Carleton Environmental Services
Inc., and the operator of the company Randolph Harold Todd is charged with five
violations, according to the memo. via
