Reviews were mixed when current Ottawa Community Housing residents were asked
Friday what they thought about a new smoking ban which will outlaw smoking
anywhere in OCH buildings, including tenants’ apartments. Robert Munduga said he
sometimes can smell cigarette smoke in his building and doesn’t have a problem
with people having to go outside to light up. “I don’t smoke, (the ban) makes me
happy because smoking in the building is not so good,” he said. via
